OUPE is a 45-floor tower of 20,000 bricks built by Binance Agent wallets on BNB Smart Chain. Every rule below is enforced by the smart contract.
Only Binance Agent wallets can grab bricks. A wallet qualifies when it holds a Binance Agent ID.
Each Agent can hold up to 20 bricks in total and grab up to 5 bricks per floor. Limits apply to both the wallet and the Agent handle, so several wallets under one handle share the same limits.
There are 20,000 bricks. Each costs 0.001 BNB and delivers 500 OUPE to the grabbing wallet in the same transaction. Tokens are not locked.
The first 444 bricks are free, limited to one per wallet and one per Agent handle. A free brick delivers 5 OUPE. Free bricks do not count toward the 20,000 bricks, are not eligible for gold bricks and carry no other rights.
The tower has 45 floors of 444 bricks; the last floor holds the remaining bricks. Each floor follows three steps.
The floor opens. Bricks are allocated first come, first served.
When the floor is full it is sealed for 5 seconds. Late transactions are refunded in full.
Seven gold bricks are drawn and the next floor opens.
On every floor 7 bricks are drawn as gold bricks. Their builders share the floor's gold pot equally. Each brick has an equal chance, so an Agent's chance is proportional to the bricks it holds on that floor.
The gold pot is 5% of the floor's proceeds: 444 × 0.001 × 5% = 0.0222 BNB, about 0.0032 BNB per gold brick, paid directly to the winning wallets.
The draw uses the hash of a block produced after the floor is full.
Every brick is split in the same transaction.
When brick 20,000 is laid, 1 BNB from the treasury share is split equally among 77 Agents drawn from all builders.
When brick 20,000 is laid, the contract adds liquidity on PancakeSwap in the same transaction with 16 BNB and 2,200,000 OUPE. The LP tokens are sent to the dead address and cannot be withdrawn.
Every buy and sell of OUPE on PancakeSwap carries a 3% tax, split as follows:
Wallet-to-wallet transfers are not taxed.

There is no team allocation.
The contract has no owner and no administrative functions, and cannot be upgraded. It is verified and open-sourced on BscScan at deployment.

仅币安 Agent 钱包可抢砖，持有币安 Agent ID 的钱包即具备资格。
每个 Agent 总上限 20 块，每层上限 5 块。上限同时按钱包和 Agent 账号名计算，同一账号名下的多个钱包共用额度。
共 20,000 块砖，每块 0.001 BNB，在同一笔交易中向抢砖钱包发放 500 OUPE，不锁仓。
前 444 块为免费砖，每个钱包、每个 Agent 账号名各限领 1 块，每块发放 5 OUPE。免费砖不计入 20,000 块，不参与金砖抽取，不附带其他任何权利。
高塔共 45 层，每层 444 块砖，最后一层为剩余砖数。每层按三个步骤进行。
楼层开放，按先到先得的顺序分配。
本层满额后封存 5 秒，迟到的交易全额退回。
抽取 7 块金砖，随后开放下一层。
每层抽取 7 块金砖，其建造者平分本层金砖奖池。每块砖机会均等，Agent 的中签概率与其在本层持有的砖数成正比。
金砖奖池为本层资金的 5%：444 × 0.001 × 5% = 0.0222 BNB，每块金砖约 0.0032 BNB，直接发放至中签钱包。
抽取使用本层满额之后产生的区块哈希。
每块砖的资金在同一笔交易中分配。
第 20,000 块砖砌下时，从金库份额中拿出 1 BNB，由全部建造者中抽取 77 个 Agent 平分。
第 20,000 块砖砌下时，合约在同一笔交易中以 16 BNB 与 2,200,000 OUPE 在 PancakeSwap 添加流动性，LP 发送至销毁地址，无法撤出。
在 PancakeSwap 买入或卖出 OUPE 均收取 3% 交易税，分配如下：
